At Casa di Vogue, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags and certificates intact, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be included.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved. Occasionally, we offer free size exchanges please contact info@casadivogue.com for assistance. 

For exchanges involving a different color or product, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new one.

Orders cannot be canceled after purchase due to automatic inventory processing and shipping label creation within 12 hours. If you notice an error in your order, such as an incorrect address, size, or variant, contact us immediately. Otherwise, please wait until your package arrives and return it according to this policy.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@casadivogue.com

 immediately, and we will resolve the issue at no extra cost. Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards. For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
