Refund Policy

At Casa di Vogue, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:
Please contact us at info@casadivogue.com to initiate a return. Returns must be sent to the address we provide based on your location. We will send you detailed return instructions by email.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is accepted. Occasionally, we offer free size exchanges — please email us at Support@casadivogue.com if your item doesn’t fit, and we will see how we can help. For exchanges involving color or different products, please return the item and order the new one separately.

Order Cancellations
Due to our automated warehouse and fast processing, orders cannot be canceled after purchase since shipping labels are generated and packages prepared within 12 hours. If you notice any errors with your order (address, size, variant), please contact us immediately. Otherwise, wait until your package arrives and return it according to our return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at Support@casadivogue.com so we can resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Returned items must meet the same condition requirements described above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
